The Bourrigaud’s began commercial production of the family’s secret recipe a decade ago from their home in Mosman. Today, as happy residents of the Southern Highlands, NSW they acknowledge business has blossomed and prospered with their tree change.

The Belgian Chocolate Mousse Company is now distributed throughout all 22 Harris Farm shops, David Jones and a host of up market delis and food halls.
